Default D/any Build, im testing it-how do u like it?

Hey i've only been playing for about a month so i know how to play and all, except im having trouble with dervish builds. Have a look at my current build.
This is a D/any build.

Scythe Mastery: 12+1+1=14
Mysticism: 10
Earth Prayers: 8
5 unused attribute points

My weapon is Bubahl's Grasp
Earth damage 9-41(9 scythe mastery)
+15% attack(if health is above 50%)
Armor+7(vs. Physical)
+20% customized

My armor(which is max 70 armor):
Hood-Scythe+1,Windwalker insignia,Minor rune of scythe mastery
Robe-Radiant insignia, Rune of attunement
Vambraces-Windwalker insignia,rune of attunement
Leggings-Windwalker insignia,rune of attunement
Shoes-Windwalker insignia,rune of attunement

Altogether i get +60 armor if im enchanted, +11 energy,+1 scythe mastery
I have 505 health, and 36 energy.My energy regeneration is 4 bars.

My skills:

Victorious sweet, mystic sweep, lyssa's assault, and zealous renewal are my attacking skills. Zealous renewal,Mystic regeneartion,Mystic vigor, and vital boon are my enchant skills. Avatar of Dwayna is my elite move, i find this avatar works best with me because it only uses 5 energy, you gain 45 health each time u use a skill and a hex.

I use this build for pvp and pve. in Random arenas i find this build does quite well. Also when i fight 1v1 in Random Arena i usually win.
Just before i fight someone i use Mystic regeneration, followed by, Mystic vigorn, then vital boon. as i get closer i use my Avatar of Dwayna. Then when i first get next to my enemy i use zealous renewal. Then i swing away at them and use lyssa's assalt for a free attack because i regain energy, then i use mystic sweep to weaken them, then i use victorous sweet to gain more health.after about 2 more regular attacks i use lyssa's assault then i put on mystic regeneration, mystic vigor, vital boon, make sure zealous renewal ends, then use it. repeat the attack skills you will have no problems against hexes, and you regain health after every skill, also if i have an enchant on me, which i always do i gain +60 armor and +20/40/60 health each attack if more than 1 person is adjacent to me... this is my build, like it??

I notice i have problems against most if not all conditions. try to team up with monks who will remove conditions i guess that'll help a little. Other than that im basicly a tank to be reckened with. Also i have no ressurection sig, this is a problem sometimes, but i believe if i take any skill out my build wouldn't work just right.

Please give me your thoughts.. tell whats wrong with this build for pve or pvp. Thanks for reading. ign- Weare Weare if you want to talk.

first thing REZ, important in PvE, Vital in PvP. you have a good concept, but dawanya is kind of out of place, you dont need the healing, i would suggest reaper's sweep instead of lyssa's assualt. I would also drop zealous renewal for mending touch or conviction because you usually dont even make your energy back with zealous. I usually prefer Eremite's Attack over victorious. your build isnt real bad, but its overhealing alot.

Hmm, i dunno. I really need the energy management that comes from zealous renewal and lyssa's assault. I might take out zealous renewal after i test and see how much +energy i get. Also i might get 12 mysticism for when my enchants run out.Maybe switching Dwayna for something? keep ideas coming thanks for the help so far.

try putting up sum enchanctment ending skills, like signet of pious light. Itll do real great in ending ur vital boon or any other enchantment for a emmergency heal

Why do people go:
2 scythe attacks, mystical regen, mystical vigor, vital boon, avatar
and call it a "new build"?

Lyssa's Assault is terrible for energy management unless your using Onslaught. The +damage is mediocre at best and it only nets 3 energy at 16 Scythe, which you don't even have.
No IAS... take Heart of Fury
And your runes... 3 radiant, wtf? Grab a , major scythe, major mysticism, sup/major vigor, and minor earth prayers. Then maybe one radiant.

Avatars suck, ditch it for Wounding Strike or Reaper's Sweep.

And get a rez... NEVER go into any form of PvP, excluding AB, without a rez signet.

Bubahl's Grasp isn't that great... You'll want a Vampiric 15% enchanted of Enchanting, Ebon 15% enchanted of Enchanting, and Zealous 15% enchanted of Enchanting. Vamp/Ebon for damage and Zealous when you need energy.

Hm sounds interesting. But at the moment i only have around 80k i dunno if that is enough to buy the scythes, runes, and skills. But i will work on it, im liking the idea of having the vampuric scythe. Also how does Energy mangement work with a dervish... so confused. Maybe i should get more mysticism and only count on when my enchants end to get energy? Anyways Im going to try out those skills,t hanks.

I would ditch dwayna as my elite...Avatars are neat but are not really needed. Throw on Ebon Dust Aura, then go any Intervention, Mystic Regen, Mystic Vigor, Victorious Sweep, Mystic Sweep, and Eremites Attack and a Rez. as far as energy management goes I like to use a +5 Zealous Scythe of Enchanting. But thats just me. But since your using an Ebon Scythe take advantage of Ebon Dust Aura. Theres an Ebon Dust Aura build that str0b0 posted some where in this section. that works extremely well if your interested in looking it up.
